  • Follows designated store cleaning plan and procedures (use of store cleaning chart for daily duties and restrooms).

  • Follows food build charts, flow charts and production charts.
  • Works scheduled shifts and keeps management informed of availability.
  • Pre-rush check list is followed and signed off by team member.
  • Helps control food cost by minimizing waste, correct baking and production of products.

Policies and Procedures

  • Follows all procedures in Operations Manual to REV standards.
  • Punches in and out for scheduled shifts, notifies manager if an error is made.
  • Adheres to cash control policies and procedures. 
  • Maintains safe working conditions by following all safety and security policies and procedures; notifies manager of  any accident or injury.



                Must be at least 16 years of age


  1. Visual acuity sufficient to inspect restaurant and employees for cleanliness and neat appearance.
  2. Hearing and speaking ability required in order to train and supervise employees and to handle customer complaints.
  3. Mobility sufficient to move about all parts of the restaurant and to fill in for other employees when required.

4.Must be able to move, bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift at least 50 pounds.

5.Must be free of illicit drugs.

6.Must be able to see and hear or use prosthetics that provide for accommodations of these senses.
